Mr. Brandon List made the whole process smooth and simple. He offered different financial mortgage options for me to select. Once I selected the one that met my needs, Brandon always kept me up to day with the process. He was always available to answer any questions and offered financial suggests that would benefit my needs. Overall, Brandon List went over and beyond to help me.
Brandon and Mazzy with the Mortgage team were terrific. They were able to get me an interest rate that was competitive and were helpful the entire journey. The title company could have been better. I had to hand write in information at closing which was very unusual for me. Every other mortgage loan I have signed for had all documents completely filled in and all my responsibility was signing my name 400 times.Lastly, the title company was given wiring instructions for a required vehicle loan payoff and they did not wire the money directly. They sent me a paper check that I now have to send to the loan company to close out. I get how everything occurred but there was sufficient time to complete the wiring and could have all been completed seamlessly. This is the only pain point I had through the whole process.
